Justino Flores joined the women's soccer program in the fall of 2019 following the hire of head coach Molly Romano. Flores brings extensive coaching knowledge to the staff in conjunction with a successful coaching and playing career.

Flores is the current head coach of Empire United Soccer Club in Rochester, where he has been at the helm since 2019. He also was an assistant coach for the Olympic Development program for the last three years. Flores holds a C coaching license from the United States Soccer Federation and earned both an Advanced National Diploma and a Goalkeeper Level 1 Diploma from United Soccer Coaches. Justino got his coaching career started with the JV and Varsity programs at Marion High School, where the Black Knights made back-to-back appearances in the Section V tournament in 2017 and 2018.

A 2009 graduate of Nazareth College, Justino made over 60 appearances for the men's soccer team between 2005-2008. As a member of the Golden Flyers, he helped the team to two consecutive Empire 8 Conference Tournament titles in 2005 and 2006. In 2006, Flores was an integral part in the longest NCAA Tournament run that Nazareth would see in it's storied history. He appeared in 5 NCAA Tournament games over his tenure, including the 2006 National Quarterfinal matchup. In 2008, he was dubbed the Empire 8 Sportsman of the Year.

Flores currently resides in Penfield and has been a high school teacher since 2009.
