Kaiti George, RD, LMNT, is a Registered Dietitian Consultant and Licensed Medical Nutrition Therapist in Kearney since 2003.

She is currently the lead Dietitian at Hy-Vee in Kearney and has been working with Loper Athletic Teams for several seasons. More recently, George joined UNK's Kinsesiology and Sports Sciences Department where she is a Nutrition lecturer. 

She obtained her bachelor's degree in nutrition science and dietetics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Her diverse experience includes pediatric and adult weight management, sports nutrition, eating disorders, wellness, heart disease, healthy cooking and food allergies.

George is certified in Childhood Weight Management through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. In 2008, She was awarded the “Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year” from the Nebraska Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and in 2013 was awarded the Kearney “Healthy Community Education” Award.
