Michelle Fowler enters her 14th season as an assistant athletic trainer during the 2023-24 school year. She is a senior athletic trainer with Cleveland Clinic Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy/Sports Health. Fowler primarily works with the women's soccer and women's basketball teams.

Fowler also serves as an adjunct professor at John Carroll. 

Fowler is a 2006 graduate of Baldwin Wallace University with an undergraduate degree in Athletic Training and Fitness Management. After undergrad, Fowler entered a graduate assistant program with the Cleveland Clinic, earning a Masters of Education in Exercise Science from Cleveland State in 2009 and served as a graduate assistant with the Blue Streaks from 2007-09.

Prior to returning with the Blue Streaks, Fowler was the head athletic trainer at Rocky River High School during the 2009-10 competition year. 

Fowler is a Licensed Athletic Trainer by the State of Ohio, as well as a certified Athletic Trainer by the NATABOC.
