Natali Francis was named the women's soccer assistant coach in August 2023.

Francis served as the SU women's soccer graduate assistant in 2022. That Golden Eagle squad advanced to the 2022 St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) Tournament. Spalding also had two All-SLIAC honorees and eight Academic All-District team members.

Prior to coming to SU, Francis worked as a coach for club soccer organization Lexington Football Club (LFC). She assisted U12, U15, and the LFC academy for four years and then moved into a head coaching role for a U15 team. In her time with LFC, the team won a president's cup.

As a college athlete, Francis started 22 games and appeared in 50 for Transylvania University. She played outside back for the Pioneers. Her best season came her senior year when she tallied one assist and took six shots.

A Louisville native, Francis holds a bachelor's degree in health and exercise management from Transylvania. She is pursuing a master's degree in business communication at Spalding.
