Davis is beginning his sixth season as an assistant coach under Matt Garrett. Davis brings over 30 years of head coaching experience to the program.  His coaching experience includes tenures at Drew University, the New Jersey U-19 ODP women’s program, and had his own club program, the Dundee Soccer Club which won four U-19 Women New Jersey State Cups, including three years In a row from 1992-1994. In 1978, Scott received his "A" Coaching License.

As a player Scott played for the University of Bridgeport and during his four-year career his teams went to three NCAA Division I tournaments.  He earned several honors during his playing career both academically and athletically. As a senior he also played baseball for the university as well earning various postseason honors as well.

Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Bridgeport as well as Associate Degrees in Economics and English and graduated with high honors.  He received a Juris Doctorate in Law from Harvard in 1981 and a Masters of Science in Taxation in 1985 from Seton Hall University. Scott is a licensed Attorney and a member of the American Bar Association and a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Away from the soccer field, Scott is a partner in an accounting firm in Boston and is the lead International Partner.

Scott is married with three children. He lives with his wife Kathleen and son Colin in Center Valley, Pennsylvania.
