Former professional soccer player Stephanie Peters joined the Muhlenberg coaching staff in 2024.

A 2005 graduate of The College of New Jersey, where she was a top goal-scorer on teams that advanced to the "Sweet 16" or beyond three straight years, Peters played midfield for the Philadelphia Pirates of the Women's Professional Soccer League in 2005 and 2006.

Peters has been a coach and trainer for 20 years and holds a U.S Soccer National C coaching license. She has worked with the New Jersey Olympic Developmental Program (ODP) since 2004 and has been a coach with the NJ-ODP Young Olympians Program since its inception, winning national championships in 2011 and 2012.

In addition, Peters was an assistant women's soccer at Division I programs Rutgers and Monmouth.

Peters received a master's in educational statistics, measurement and evaluation from Rutgers in 2013 and is currently working on a doctorate in higher education research assessment and evaluation at Seton Hall.
