Mushambangabo is in his first season serving as the director of discipleship for the men’s soccer program. He graduated from LCU with a degree in Youth & Family Ministry and is currently serving as the university minister at Green Lawn Church of Christ. As the director of discipleship, Mushambangabo will be discipling and mentoring student-athletes, as they look to grow in their walk with the Lord. The soccer program strives to help student-athletes with their faith and prepare them for life. Mushambangabo a native of Mbarara, Uganda, will also oversee community service and outreach for the soccer program.

He is an easy-going, fun-loving person, and likes to be around people. Mushambangabo also enjoys taking students to coffee, chatting about life, and investing in college students. He currently resides in Lubbock.
