Coach Henry Quinlan has served as a Northland College volunteer assistant coach for men's soccer for the past five years (2017-23) and women's soccer in 2016. He was assistant/JV coach for the Ashland High School boys’ soccer team from 2012-2015 and served as a volunteer assistant coach in 2011 and 2016.  During his time as assistant/JV coach the boy's team compiled a record of 69-14-5, and won the 2013 Wisconsin Division III State Championship.  He has been involved as a girl's volunteer assistant coach for Ashland High School from 2012-present.  In Wisconsin, girl's high school plays in spring. The girl's program has made 3 final four appearances in the Wisconsin State Tournament at Division III during that time period.  Quinlan coached for the Chequamegon Bay Soccer Club at the U19, U16, U14, U12, and U10 levels for eight years and for Ashland Youth Soccer at U8 and U6 levels for four years.  He holds a USSF National "D" Coaching License and served as a Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association soccer referee for six years. Henry works as a fish biologist for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in Ashland.
