Lee Dennis joined the Jacks Coaching Staff in January 2022 after a three year playing career with the program under Coach Gilmore.  Dennis served as the Captain of the squad during all three seasons in Ashland, just as he did at his previous school at Southern Vermont College.

Dennis was a regular contributor at Northland both in the midfield and in the backline.  He played a major role during the 2019 season which was the Jacks first UMAC post-season appearance in program history, and saved his most prolific year for last when he found the back of the net six times for the Jacks as a defender during the 2021 season.  Three of his six goals during his final year where game winners, including a penalty kick in overtime in the season opener against Blackburn.

Dennis has been active in the community in Ashland and has coached with Chequamegon Bay Soccer Club while also running camps and lessons through Soccer Evolution, which he founded in 2020.  Dennis has also been an assistant coach for Ashland High School, both with the girls and boys programs.

In addition to his Northland coaching duties he also took over the Washburn Varsity girls soccer program in the spring of 2022.  In his first season in charge, his team captured the programs first Regional Championship in 14 years.
