O'Rourke rejoined Coach Crampton's coaching staff at the start of the 2022 season after serving as an assistant coach with the Bulldogs from 2001-08.

He has also served as the Montgomery United Soccer Club for the 2015 and 2021's and owns his USSF A License, Premier Diploma (Internation) with the United Soccer Coaches and his United Soccer Coaches Director of Coaching.

O'Rourke placed collegiately at Mercer County CC from 1993-95 as well as on the semi-pro and amateur level in NJ and on the amateur level in Ireland.  He is the president of the North American Irish Coaches Association and is a self employed business consultant.

He resides in Chalfont, PA with his wife Kate and step daughters Molly, who is an Engineering major at Drexel, and Maggie, who is a nursing student at South Carolina.
