Justin Cardamone joined the men's soccer staff in prior to the 2021 season. Before Marywood, as the Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach at Keystone College, Cardamone helped guide the Keystone College men’s program through their most successful spell in their college’s 122 year history. Cardamone and the Giants went to the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) playoffs all three seasons during his time in La Plume, highlighted by the program's first-ever CSAC titles.

Cardamone also currently operates as the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Olympic Development Program (ODP) Head Staff Coach for Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association (EPYSA) where his youth team competes at the regional and national levels. Cardamone is also actively involved with local youth soccer club organizations. Previously, Cardamone served as an academy coach for the Major League Soccer organization the New York Red Bulls for their training programs and RDS Schools.

Cardamone holds a United Soccer Coaches Premier License, Director of Coaching, Goalkeeper Level III License and his U.S. Soccer National C License as well as other United Soccer Coaches and U.S. Soccer Licenses. He is also a PIAA Official, as well as a SAY Soccer Official.

Cardamone graduated from Keystone in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education with a Minor in Mathematics. He also completed a Master's of Science from Wilkes University in 2015 in which he graduated Summa Cum Laude with highest honors.
