Kevin May begins his seventh season of his second stint as an assistant on the RIT Men’s Soccer team in 2023. May was an assistant coach at RIT from 2006-2009.

Prior to his return to RIT, May was an assistant coach at University of Albany from 2016-2017 helping the Great Danes to reach the NCAA Tournament in 2016. From 2011-2016 May was an assistant coach at Georgia Gwinnett College in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

May was a four-year starter at Nazareth College, serving as team captain in 2001-2002. He was a two-time All-Empire 8 selection in 2001 and 2002, earning All-Region honors in 2002. May graduated with a degree in political science.

After graduation, May returned to his alma mater as an assistant coach from 2004-2006, helping guide the Golden Flyers to their first NCAA Tournament appearance in 2006.

May earned his National Diploma from United Soccer Coaches in 2007 and earned his advanced national coaching diploma in 2013.
