Simon Garno begins his fourth season as an assistant coach at RIT in 2023. Garno tallied 55 career points as a Tiger on 15 goals and 25 assists. He is 14th in program history in scoring and second all time in assists.

Garno was a two-time United Soccer Coaches All-East Region selection, earning first team honors in 2019 and second team accolades in 2018. He was a First Team All-Liberty League selection in 2018 and 2019, earning Liberty League Co-Player of the Year honors in 2019.
