Milan Radovic will begin his fourth season as an assistant coach at CSUN in the Fall of 2023. Radovic served as the director of operations for the Matadors from 2018-19 after spending 11 years coaching on the high school and club level.

Radovic began his coaching career while still playing for CSUN in 2007 as the freshman boys’ coach at Royal High School. He moved onto working with FC Hastenal from 2010-18 as the head coach for the youth teams aged 11-18 in the program.

From 2010-12 Radovic was the assistant boys’ varsity coach at Viewpoint High School. In 2012, Radovic began a three-year stint at Calabasas High School as the head jv boys’ coach. Radovic joined the Chaminade Prep coaching staff where he served as both the boys varsity assistant and head JV coach. In 2018, Radovic joined the Real SoCal program where he has been U11 06, U11 07, and U 16/17 02 head coach. Since 2019, he has been Real SoCal’s MPL boys’ head coach and the U18/19 02/01 US Academy boys’ head coach.

Radovic lettered three times for the Matadors during his CSUN career which spanned from 2005-09. He appeared in 51 matches for the Matadors, starting 41 times. Radovic scored three goals and had three assists for CSUN.

Radovic continued his playing career with the Hollywood United Soccer Club of the PDL in 2010. Radovic played for FC Hastenal which was a member oof the NPSF from 2011-16 before concluding his playing career for Sporting San Fernando of the UPSL from 2017-18.

Radovic currently holds his US Soccer D Coaching License.
