The 2023 season saw the Cougars qualify for the NJAC tournament for the fourth time since 2017 as Kean went 10-0-6 over the first 16 games of the season.  Kean was ranked as high as 14th nationally during the season, their first ranking in the national polls since 2015.  The Cougars enjoyed much success at home, finishing with a 7-0-2 mark at Alumni Stadium.  Dominic Ridge was named the NJAC Goalkeeper of the Year as well as ECAC Defensive Player of the Year as six Cougars were selected to the All-NJAC squad.  Ridge and Sadeiki Roberts were also tabbed to the United Soccer Coaches All-Region team.  Off the pitch, two Cougars were selected to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team.

In the Fall of 2021, Coach Falloon guided Kean to its 10th NJAC Championship and their 17th NCAA Tournament Appearance in program history. In the NCAA Tournament, the Cougars won their first NCAA Tournament game since 1997 with a 3-1 victory over Gettysburg. Kean would win the NJAC Championship with six All-NJAC selections, including a first team selection in Raonne Dias. Dias was also named a United Soccer Coaches Third Team All-American selection and a USC All-Region selection with Bend Alexandre.

The 2019 squad won 12 games with a 3-3-3 mark in the NJAC.  The Cougars qualified for the NJAC tournament for the second time in the last three seasons. Kean also made their first ECAC Tournament appearance since 2006 and reached the finals before falling to Muhlenberg. The Cougars had five All-NJAC selections, including two second team selections. In addition, Coach Falloon won his 100th career game with a 2-1 victory over No. 17 Rowan on Oct. 5th.

2018 was highlighted by Freshman Felipe Lucas being named ECAC Rookie of the Year and All-NJAC Honorable Mention.

The Cougars won 10 games in 2017 and made their fourth straight appearance in the postseason. Falloon had three players named to the All-NJAC teams, including Rookie of the Year in Vinceroy Nelson.

He came to Kean after spending the previous nine seasons at Bloomfield University (Division II).  In Falloon's tenure, the Bears posted an overall record of 78-75-14 (.509) and reached the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Tournament in seven of his nine seasons at the helm of the program, capturing the title in 2015.  In addition, he was a part of the program's first trip to the NCAA Tournament in 2010.

A native of Saint Andrew, Jamaica, Falloon was one of the top goalkeepers in his country from his early days on the pitch. He was a member of the Jamaican under-12 National Team and was a standout between the posts at Ardenne High School.  When his career at Ardenne came to a close, Falloon was offered an opportunity to play for the under-23 Jamaican national team, but chose to depart and head to the United States in 2000.

Upon his arrived in the U.S. he played for two years at Union County College before transferring to Kean for his final two seasons.  While at Kean he played in 38 games, collecting 149 saves with a 1.19 goals against average and 10 shutouts.

Immediately after graduating after the fall semester in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Communication, he began his coaching career.  His first stop was back at Union County College where he was an assistant for two seasons.  He helped guide UCC to the NJCAA National Final in 2007.

The 2010 season at Bloomfield saw the Deacons rise to regional prominence under Falloon, securing the program's first national ranking (reaching as high as number 13 in the NSCAA National Poll) the first number one ranking in the NCAA East Regional Poll, and the first NCAA Tournament berth in its history. Bloomfield earned a regular season CACC championship, and a second consecutive appearance in the CACC Tournament Final.
