Stan Lembryk joined the Rutgers University-Newark men's soccer coaching staff in 2017. He assists in all aspects of the Scarlet Raider program.

Lembryk has a long and diverse coaching background, and most recently was a member of the Rutgers Scarlet Knight coaching staff. A Clifton, N.J. native, Lembryk assisted RU men's soccer in scouting and recruiting.

A student-athlete in his own rite, Lembryk was a four-year letterwinner at Loyola University in Maryland, leading an excellent Greyhound program to four-straight Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) titles and an appearance in the 'Elite Eight' of the NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Championship. He graduated with a BA in History, and played professionally from 1991-2000 as a member of Major League Soccer's NY/NJ MetroStars as well as several teams in the American Professional League and USISL.

Lembryk is currently a Special Education teacher at Clifton High School, and has led several high school soccer teams to league, county and state titles (Clifton High School in New Jersey, Jupiter High School in Florida). Most recently, Lembryk led his HS team to an undefeated season and won the State Championship and in the final rankings was ranked #1 in the state of New Jersey. In 2020 he was selected to coach the East Team at the Boys HS All American game in St. Louis. Two years prior, he led his 2018 PDA Girls 02/03 to a national championship.

Lembryk served as an assistant coach under legendary Tony Ochrimenko during Coach O's time leading the Kean University men's soccer program. He also currently serves on the US Region I Boys staff and is a member of the PDA Girls Academy staff. 

A holder of a USSF A License, Lembryk lives with his wife, Kim, and three wonderful children, Stas, Arden and Giovanni.
