Coach Whiles arrived to Richmond, IN in 2023. A native of Wolverhampton England, Brad came to the US in 2016 as a collegiate player at Sheridan College under the guidance of Coach Starr. As a Captain and two time All-Conference player, Brad was a key figure in the locker room and leadership team which brought the program to its first ever Regional Final. Following graduation from Sheridan College, Whiles then transferred to University of Mary where he became a starter in the back line in 7 out of the 10 games for the Marauders. After one year, the UMary Men’s Soccer program was shut down, Whiles then found his final destination to finish his collegiate career at Northland College. Whiles became captain his senior year and led the lumberjacks to the most wins in program history, claiming back to back playoff spots. Graduating with a bachelor's degree in Humanities, minoring in Sports Management. After Graduation, Whiles became the assistant coach at Emmanuel College (NCAA D2) Men's Soccer Program, claiming regional play-offs in the Conference Carolina's and coaching an All-Tournament Team player. After the 2022 season, Coach Whiles went back to England to have the opportunity to coach a Semi-Pro side, Stourbridge FC First-Team Women playing the likes of Wolves, Leeds United, Peterborough, and Northampton. Stourbridge won the league at tier 4 of the Women's National League, making there first-ever appearance in clubs history to be now competing at tier 3. Whiles finally made the move back to America to take the role of being the graduate assistant coach for Earlham College, taking a masters of Education in teaching.

Whiles has worked around the coaching environment, helping clubs such as Sheridan Storm, Dakota United, and Brookland FC. Also gaining experience in local businesses like Soccer Star Coaching (UK) and Soccer Evolution, qualifying with a USSF National D license in 2022.
