Padgett Gustavson joined the Earlham women's soccer coaching staff in the summer of 2022 after aiding the men's program for two seasons. 

While coaching the men's team, Gustavson oversaw four all-conference season performances by student-athletes. 

A graduate of Earlham, Gustavson saw action in 41 games as a Quaker. He registered 37 shots and saw over 3,000 minutes of play time.
