Brenton Frame was named assistant coach for the Cal Lutheran women's soccer program in 2020.

Frame grew up locally, playing soccer for Thousand Oaks High School, leading his team to a Marmonte League Championship as captain and leading scorer in 2011. 

Frame continued his education and soccer career at Sonoma State University earning Most Improved Player, All CCAA Tournament Team and Freshman Athlete of The Year in 2012.  During his time at Sonoma State, Frame totaled 19 goals and 10 assists. He made the Dean’s List, received the Director’s Award, won multiple all-league selection awards, and was voted Team Offensive MVP for two years. He graduated with a bachelor of science degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Philosophy. 

His first coaching experience was at Technology High School in Rohnert Park, CA, where, as the Head Varsity Soccer Coach, Brenton led the team to the most wins in school history in 2016. He then coached at Rancho Cotate High School in Rohnert Park, CA where the team finished 18–4, achieving the most wins in school history and made a state semifinal appearance.

Frame has played eight years in the National Premier Soccer League. His first seven years were with the Sonoma County Sol, winning two regional titles, three conference championships, and appearing in two national finals. In 2019, Frame played for the Oxnard Guerreros Football Club and was the leading scorer.

Frame coaches boys soccer at Eagles Soccer Club and is the assistant soccer coach for girls varsity soccer at Westlake High school with a record of 41-9-5 since he joined the staff.

Brenton is a Certified Personal Trainer and enjoys golfing, working out, bowling and spending time with his family.
