During his time at Pride he oversaw the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) program and served as a College Advisor. During this time, he was also a head coach for United States Soccer Federation (USSF) Development Academy (DA), Pride U23 Women’s team and on staff for several Colorado Soccer Association (CSA) championship teams and Region IV teams. Beyond his duties at Pride, Ouren also served as an assistant coach for the Colorado Olympic Development (ODP) teams, Region IV ODP staff coach and volunteer assistant at University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. During his time at UCCS he was a part of a program that made consecutive trips to the NCAA Division II National Tournament, a number one National Ranking, crowned RMAC regular-season champions and coached several NCAA All-Americans.

Ouren earned a Masters of Education, Sports Management and Leadership from Northcentral University in 2011 and his bachelor’s degree from Central Christian College of Kansas in 2007, majoring in Social Science with a minor in Youth Ministry.
