Dye's addition to the Falcons' coaching staff comes after she spent time as an assistant coach and program coordinator for the Charlotte Eagles, a faith-based soccer club out of Charlotte, N.C. In her time with at Charlotte, she led team practice sessions, trained NCAA athletes across all divisions as well as professional athletes, and assisted the head coach during game days. Dye also helped to lead the Charlotte Eagles to the 2023 Women's Premier Soccer League National Championship.

From August of 2021 to April of 2023, Dye was the assistant coach for Div. III Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas. While she was with the Warriors, Dye led practices sessions and position-specific film sessions while facilitating team building activities and coordinating summer camp attendance and information. She was also one of the leads for out-of-state recruiting efforts. As a member of the coaching staff, Dye coached the team to its best start to a season in program-history in 2022 while coaching the Hendrix College defense to its second-most shutouts in a single season.

Prior to her time at Hendrix, Dye coached at York High School in York, Nev. As an assistant on the staff, she led practice sessions, collaborated on tactics with the rest of the staff as well as assisting the head coach on game days.

Before Dye began her coaching career, she played four seasons with the York University women's soccer program in York, Nev. As an athlete, Dye was voted team captain for two seasons while earning a KCAC All-Conference Second Team award along with the 2019 York Women's Soccer Most Valuable Player
