Former Pioneer Lorraine Moffitt began her first season as William Paterson's assistant women's soccer coach in 2021. Moffitt also serves as an assistant equipment manager. 

A two-time all-New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) honoree, Moffitt played four seasons (2016-19) for the WP women’s soccer team, starting 58 of 76 career contests while contributing 14 goals and 15 assists.

Inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma, the national student-athlete honor society, she was a Dean’s List student and a member of the 2017-18, 2018-19 and 2019-20 Academic All-NJAC Honorable Mentions. Moffitt graduated from William Paterson in 2020 with bachelor’s degrees in psychology and criminology and criminal justice, and is currently pursuing a master's in clinical and counseling psychology at WP.
