Lorraine Quinn was hired in July 2021 in advance of the 2021 season.

Quinn helped the Wildcats to a  8-7-3 record in her second year as assistant coach, a record that included 5 wins in conference. Quinn spent three seasons as an assistant coach at Texas State where she helped the Bobcats to two winning seasons, including an appearance in the Sun Belt Tournament Final back in 2018. Individually, she helped four student-athletes be named to the USC All-Region teams and nine to All-Sun-Belt Teams.

She helped coach Kaylee Davis, who became the first player in Texas State program history to sign a professional contract and was a USC All-Southeast Third Team selection.

Prior to her time at Texas State, Quinn coached at Army West Point for five seasons. She held the title of assistant coach for the first two years before being promoted to associate head coach the last three seasons.

She coached 12 All-Patriot League honorees in her time at West Point with Clare Shea being a three-time selection and a CoSIDA Academic All-District First Team pick in 2017. Eight players were Patriot League All-Academic selections as well.

Quinn coached at William & Mary in 2012 where the Tribe won the CAA regular season title in her line year at William & Mary.

She also coached in the United Kingdom for a year as an assistant at Durham University, where she earned her master’s degree in business management.

An outstanding midfielder at Duke, Quinn garnered All-America honors in 2007, was a three-time All-ACC selection, a two-time All-Southeast Region pick and was named to the MAC Hermann Trophy Watch List her senior season. She would go on to score match-winning goals against Radford and Virginia in the 2007 NCAA College Cup.

Quinn closed out her collegiate career ranking first in matches played (91) and second in matches started (88). She excelled in the classroom as well, being named to the ACC All-Academic Team in 2007 and 2008, to the ACC Honor Roll and would go on to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology.
