Michaela Trejo Flores joined the Arizona soccer and gymnastics staffs as the Director of Operations on Aug. 1, 2023.

Prior to beginning her role as Director of Operations, Trejo Flores served as an Event Management Senior Intern with the University of Arizona Athletics Department. In that position she assisted with gameday operations, preparations and management of all Arizona sporting events. She additionally supervised event staff members to ensure fan satisfaction and was responsible for organizing and implementing operations for  all ticketed sports.

A 2023 graduate of Arizona, Trejo Flores was a member of the Presludes Freshman Honorary. She earned a B.S. in Psychological Studies.
