Nathan Salveson joined the PLU staff prior to the 2019 season and primarily works with the goalkeepers.  

Prior to PLU, Salveson was the junior varsity coach at North Mason High School.  From 2014-15, he was the head coach at South Puget Sound Community College and the Olympia Artesians, while also serving as the goalkeeper coach for the Kitsap Pumas.  The prior four years, he was an assistant coach and strength and conditioning coordinator for the men's soccer program at The Evergreen State College.  

At the youth level, Salveson was a summer soccer camp coordinator at The Evergreen State College, Director of Coaching with the Thurston County Premier FC and a goalkeeper coach with the Puget Sound Slammers.  

Salveson earned his bachelor's degree in Health and Human Development at The Evergreen State College in 2012 and owns an associate's degree from South Puget Sound Community College.
