Scott Ford joined the PLU women's soccer staff prior to the start of the 2018 season.  

Ford has an extensive coaching background at the club level and is the current director and head coach of the Washington Premier Girls ECNL team.  In the past, he served as the head coach of the Seattle Sounders Women from 2017-2019 after being the assistant coach for the 2016-17 season.  Other coaching stops include the Washington Youth Soccer EPD Program, the US Soccer Training Center, Washington Market and the Eastside FC. 

He received his bachelor's degree in sports coaching and development from the Manchester Metropolitan University and a BTEC National Diploma in sports development and fitness from Lancaster & Morecambe College.  Additionally, he holds licenses A, B, and C from the USSF, a UEFA C license and an Advanced National Diploma from the NSCAA.
